About Brasileirada
Brasileirada is a joyful, modern dance class for adults who love to move and want a few hours a week that are just for fun. We've built a space where everyone feels free to dance their way, challenge themselves and have a great time.
Class types
Three classes, one energy. Simple, repeatable choreography set to the music that makes Brazil move.
Our signature class: a high-energy mix of the biggest Brazilian hits, from Brazilian funk to Brazilian fusion, broken down into choreography anyone can follow. Whether it's your first class or your fiftieth, you'll keep up and leave smiling.
Learn the grooves, body rolls and attitude behind reggaeton. Each routine is built step by step, so beginners feel confident and intermediate dancers still get a real challenge.
A dance class for people who would never walk into a dance studio. Each class you learn one full choreography to a song everyone knows, step by step, and by the end the whole room dances it together (and we film it). It's not a workout, it's a night out. Bring a friend.

Meet your instructor
Olá! I was born in Brazil and have been dancing for more than 20 years.
I trained across ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, house and, of course, Brazilian styles. I started teaching in 2007 and built my whole career in Brazil before moving to Canada in 2019. Today I also adjudicate dance competitions, but my favourite place is still the studio floor with all of you.
Brasileirada is how I share the music, energy and warmth of Brazil with Toronto, in English and in Portuguese.

No. Brasileirada Hits is open level and every routine is broken down step by step. Reggaeton is for beginner to intermediate dancers, and RISA needs no experience at all.

Both. Your instructor is bilingual, so everyone is welcome, Brazilian or not.

Absolutely. You don't need a partner, and the group will make you feel at home.
Memberships (Easy Flow, All In, Full Energy) renew automatically every 30 days. Packs (Trial Pack, Flex Dancer, Essential, Good Vibes, Three Month Flow) are one-time purchases that do not renew and expire at the end of their validity period.
